He’s thorough and good at explaining so that the layman understands.Furthermore, Shelly was also very knowledgeable and able to help with explaining the different parts of the inspection and getting us scheduled.I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone needing an inspection.

I am a realtor from Toledo Ohio. I enjoy the fast, communication, and the options that they have for my clients.The contractors that go out to the properties are very thorough with their reports, and if I have any questions, I will most certainly ask the contractors who will give me an answer.My clients also have access to the contractors and can ask any questions that they have about the property that they are investing their money into.I heard they also offer sewer scope, but I am not sure of that yet and if so, I will definitely be using them in the future for these services as everyone should get this done to prevent future problems.
Our inspector was amazing! He was very thorough in every room and section of the home he looked at and was on time and done within the timeframe he stated. He also did an amazing job explaining everything when he walked me through it that it was easy to understand. He made the experience easy and comforting knowing what we are getting into with purchasing our home!

He not only did a very thorough job, but was so patient in explaining everything even answering questions my kids asked! Which in my opinion was so sweet of him to help them understand what he was explaining. From his professionalism to his kind manor, we couldn't of asked for a better inspector! Very thorough! Did not "make mountain out of a mole hill" stuck to the facts and did not add drama! A true quality some do not have! I WOULD RECOMMEND !
I live in North Carolina and Reliance Inspections did the inspection in Toledo Ohio. It was scheduled quickly and the report was very thorough and easy to understand. Kieth and his partner did a great job. Took their time and was very open and honest about everything. They showed me what they was looking at and explained why they were checking it. He even went down in the small crawl space. So he could check the foundation. I am so glad he did. He saved me alot of extra time and money. They seen and showed me things that I didn't notice before. High priced ,but definitely well worth it. They check everything. Highly recommend them.
