Reliance did an incredible job inspecting my sellers property. Shelley worked with me to coordinate a time date that would work well for my clients. The day of inspection they accessed the home and left the house in perfect condition when completing their inspection. My sellers were pleased with the professionalism of the inspector who they gave access to their property to and understood the confidentiality agreement maintained for the buyer.
