We used Reliance to inspect a home & pool that we are purchasing in the area. We currently live in CA, we went with the inspection recommendation from our realtor. We were so impressed by their responsiveness & thoroughness. The photos & notes submitted with our inspection were really in depth to both good & bad things about the home. They caught a couple major items (like pool leak & roof leak) that we are very grateful for.
Upon arrival with the inspection, I was greeted professionally with a smile and great attitude. Everything the professionals did at the house that was being inspected was given in the report and nothing was left unanswered. I was shown everything that needed to get looked at and possible replacement in the near future. I was not expecting the results to be this well put together, the report had pictures with details of each frame. This was a great experience and will tell home owners to give this company a try. Had an inspection done with reliance and they did fantastic. We talked to them when they were at the house for the inspection and I called after when I was reading the report and talked to the inspector, he was very good about explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend them :)
I contracted for a home inspection, pest inspection and radon report and experienced prompt scheduling, professional services, and a comprehensive report. Keith and Jacob were more than happy to answer my questions on the spot via a video call facilitated by my agent, and they and the office scheduler were courteous and responsive when I had follow up questions.
