Very thorough! Did not "make mountain out of a mole hill" stuck to the facts and did not add drama! A true quality some do not have! I WOULD RECOMMEND !
I live in North Carolina and Reliance Inspections did the inspection in Toledo Ohio. It was scheduled quickly and the report was very thorough and easy to understand. The lady that took my order was very helpful and very kind and patient with me until I understood everything that would be done. A great and easy experience.

Kieth and his partner did a great job. Took their time and was very open and honest about everything. They showed me what they was looking at and explained why they were checking it. He even went down in the small crawl space. So he could check the foundation. I am so glad he did. He saved me alot of extra time and money. They seen and showed me things that I didn't notice before. High priced ,but definitely well worth it. They check everything. Highly recommend them.

A move into a new house is wrought with excitement and uncertainties. However, my home inspection uncovered problems with the newer furnace. The furnace is central to any home's comfortability--heat in the winter!Without a RELIANCE house inspection I would have discovered this issue too late. Thanks very much!
