I am a realtor from Toledo Ohio. I enjoy the fast, communication, and the options that they have for my clients.The contractors that go out to the properties are very thorough with their reports, and if I have any questions, I will most certainly ask the contractors who will give me an answer.My clients also have access to the contractors and can ask any questions that they have about the property that they are investing their money into.I heard they also offer sewer scope, but I am not sure of that yet and if so, I will definitely be using them in the future for these services as everyone should get this done to prevent future problems.
Our inspector was amazing! He was very thorough in every room and section of the home he looked at and was on time and done within the timeframe he stated. He also did an amazing job explaining everything when he walked me through it that it was easy to understand. He made the experience easy and comforting knowing what we are getting into with purchasing our home!

He not only did a very thorough job, but was so patient in explaining everything even answering questions my kids asked! Very thorough! Did not "make mountain out of a mole hill" stuck to the facts and did not add drama! A true quality some do not have! I WOULD RECOMMEND !
I live in North Carolina and Reliance Inspections did the inspection in Toledo Ohio. It was scheduled quickly and the report was very thorough and easy to understand. The lady that took my order was very helpful and very kind and patient with me until I understood everything that would be done. A great and easy experience.
