At Reliance Inspections we have a Professional Engineer on staff that has evaluated thousands of foundations throughout their career. With our state of the art equipment we can determine to a decimal of an inch just how out of level a floor is. Walls are also evaluated to look for cracks and bowing which can indicate movement and settlement of the footers beneath. Reliance Inspections has no affiliation with a foundation repair company, so all inspections are completely unbiased. We can also provide foundation certificates for lenders to satisfy their underwriter's requirements, when necessary.
