First: Shelley helped me schedule the inspection and was so helpful. She understood my urgency and explained everything from the beginning to end perfectly. On top of her service, the price is something you can’t beat!Second: DJ Dempsey (our inspector) was amazing. He was thorough, thoughtful and all around professional. I instantly got the impression that he loves his job. He answered all of my questions and didn’t overwhelm me with jargon I couldn’t understand.Lastly: If you need an inspection choose Reliance! The company as a whole communicated great through the whole process. Even when the inspector had a family issue, they reached out to a sister company and were able to still make the appointment, allowing my wife and I to be able to close on a house.

Keith was super thorough. Took time to answer every question we had. Was a wealth of information. He was even aware of a lawsuit against the homes window manufacturer, over currently installed windows. One of these had completely failed. Others were beginning to show similar signs. DJ did a great job and was very thorough. We ended up backing out of our offer on the house and as much as it stinks, we are grateful that he caught all of the things that he did!

The guy clearly knows his stuff, was prompt, and not only told us what might be wrong but clearly explained in the report about what it would cost to fix and about how serious of an issue it really was. For the price we paid I think it was a tremendous value.
Their inspector was very helpful. this was my first time getting a house inspected so he took the time to review each aspect with me and explained in great detail about the house. Keith was a great inspector. Will use this inspection service again if another house is purchased in the area.
