Keith met with us after he had finished the inspection and went over everything with us. He was very professional and thorough.

He explained everything well, provided advise on the items noted and potential future touch points that we may not have thought to look at. Then you have Bert, who was the inspector for the buyers of our other residence, and he was also very professional and respectful while performing his inspections for his clients. In fact, Bert's professionalism is the reason we called Reliance in the first place to perform our inspection. My wife has just had surgery a few days prior to Bert's arrival and we were home at the time of his inspection. He was very mindful and courteously of the situation and worked around thee needs of my wife at the time. We highly recommend either of these two gentlemen and their employer for any of your home inspection needs!

Bert completed a home inspection for a prospective home for us in the Toledo Ohio area. He was extraordinarily thorough in his review. We received a 94 page report complete with categories and pictures. It was a well put together and easy to navigate report highlighting the critical items (via color coding) while separating the less urgent items. When considering the cost of the inspection with the report we received, I would categorize his work as a very good value. I would highly recommend Bert to any prospective home buyers.
