Keith was very good. He explained everything thoroughly and explained the process very well. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a good inspector in the Toledo area.
The company as a whole communicated great through the whole process. Even when the inspector had a family issue, they reached out to a sister company and were able to still make the appointment, allowing my wife and I to be able to close on a house.

Keith was super thorough. Took time to answer every question we had. Was a wealth of information. He was even aware of a lawsuit against the homes window manufacturer, over currently installed windows. One of these had completely failed. Others were beginning to show similar signs. The guy clearly knows his stuff, was prompt, and not only told us what might be wrong but clearly explained in the report about what it would cost to fix and about how serious of an issue it really was. For the price we paid I think it was a tremendous value.
