First: Shelley helped me schedule the inspection and was so helpful. She understood my urgency and explained everything from the beginning to end perfectly. The guy clearly knows his stuff, was prompt, and not only told us what might be wrong but clearly explained in the report about what it would cost to fix and about how serious of an issue it really was. For the price we paid I think it was a tremendous value.
