I had an inspection on my potential new home today that was done by Justin. When he was going through all the major issues found, as is the nature of the job, he was incredibly thorough and kind in his explanations. I was impressed as well that he was patient with any questions or comments I had during the walk through so I could see said issues where applicable.

Keith was fantastic to work with! His communication was great from the start, easy to get in touch with, super responsive, and he kept us in the loop the whole time. During the inspection, he was incredibly thorough and explained everything as he went. I had a ton of questions (probably more than most), and he answered every single one patiently and clearly.We got our inspection report back really fast, and it came with a ton of helpful resources that we’ve already used. He also followed up with us afterward, which really meant a lot and made us feel taken care of, not just like another appointment on the calendar.We left the inspection feeling confident, informed, and way less overwhelmed. I am a realtor from Toledo Ohio. I enjoy the fast, communication, and the options that they have for my clients.The contractors that go out to the properties are very thorough with their reports, and if I have any questions, I will most certainly ask the contractors who will give me an answer.My clients also have access to the contractors and can ask any questions that they have about the property that they are investing their money into.I heard they also offer sewer scope, but I am not sure of that yet and if so, I will definitely be using them in the future for these services as everyone should get this done to prevent future problems.
Our inspector was amazing! He was very thorough in every room and section of the home he looked at and was on time and done within the timeframe he stated. He also did an amazing job explaining everything when he walked me through it that it was easy to understand. He made the experience easy and comforting knowing what we are getting into with purchasing our home!

He not only did a very thorough job, but was so patient in explaining everything even answering questions my kids asked!
