I live in North Carolina and Reliance Inspections did the inspection in Toledo Ohio. It was scheduled quickly and the report was very thorough and easy to understand. The lady that took my order was very helpful and very kind and patient with me until I understood everything that would be done. A great and easy experience.

I always recommend Reliance to my real estate clients so of course I used them for my own home inspection. Kieth and his partner did a great job. Took their time and was very open and honest about everything. They showed me what they was looking at and explained why they were checking it. He even went down in the small crawl space. So he could check the foundation. I am so glad he did. He saved me alot of extra time and money. They seen and showed me things that I didn't notice before. High priced ,but definitely well worth it. They check everything. Highly recommend them.
