Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)
Commercial property and building inspections are crucial for clients who want to assess the condition of real estate they plan to purchase, lease, finance, or maintain. These inspection standards help both the inspector and the client define the agreed-upon scope, including which systems or areas will be inspected, and serve as a framework for developing our procedures. Reliance Inspections adheres to industry-recognized guidelines under ASTM E2018-15, the standard accepted by major lenders.
