Kieth and his partner did a great job. Took their time and was very open and honest about everything. They showed me what they was looking at and explained why they were checking it. He even went down in the small crawl space. So he could check the foundation. I am so glad he did. He saved me alot of extra time and money. They seen and showed me things that I didn't notice before. High priced ,but definitely well worth it. They check everything. Highly recommend them.

A move into a new house is wrought with excitement and uncertainties. However, my home inspection uncovered problems with the newer furnace. The furnace is central to any home's comfortability--heat in the winter!Without a RELIANCE house inspection I would have discovered this issue too late. Thanks very much! Our inspector was great! Checked everything thoroughly and even went back and showed us areas when we asked questions. He was polite and very helpful! The report was delivered very quickly and was easy to read. I would definitely recommend Reliance and/or use them again.
