Bert Cooper did a thorough inspection on a home that my wife and I are planning to purchase. He took his time on the inspection as though he were buying it himself and pointed out any issues discovered. He is a very personable individual and answered any questions we had. Keith helped us, first time home owners - in the US at least, by not only performing a very thorough and excellently documented inspection and a, thankfully very short, list of action items, he also be patiently helped us figuring out all the differences between what we were used to from European construction styles to the to us different style here in the US.Not that we plan to buy yet another house in the near future, but if we were, he’d be the first on my list to call again.
