DJ was very thorough with three home inspection of our new purchase! He explained everything well, provided advise on the items noted and potential future touch points that we may not have thought to look at. Then you have Bert, who was the inspector for the buyers of our other residence, and he was also very professional and respectful while performing his inspections for his clients. In fact, Bert's professionalism is the reason we called Reliance in the first place to perform our inspection. My wife has just had surgery a few days prior to Bert's arrival and we were home at the time of his inspection. He was very mindful and courteously of the situation and worked around thee needs of my wife at the time. We highly recommend either of these two gentlemen and their employer for any of your home inspection needs!
This was a fantastic experience! The scheduling was very easy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Beet was kind enough to take his time and go over my concerns in detail and answered all my questions. I highly recommend!!!
The inspector was very thorough in his inspection, giving us the heads-up that we needed in home repairs. He saved me thousands of dollars when he showed us so many large repairs that the house will need to be done very soon.
Bert was great! Highly communicative, prompt, flexible, professional, and very thorough. The whole team is fantastic, from the office to the field. Detailed report was in my inbox same day. I highly recommend.
The tech (Keith) was very thorough and polite. The office staff was very professional and accommodating to the schedule changes that were needed! I would highly recommend Reliance if you need a home inspection!
Very detailed report and inspection. I also appreciated the repairs cost quote report. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to get us in quickly and had the report same day. Will use them again.
Bert completed a home inspection for a prospective home for us in the Toledo Ohio area. He was extraordinarily thorough in his review. We received a 94 page report complete with categories and pictures. It was a well put together and easy to navigate report highlighting the critical items (via color coding) while separating the less urgent items. When considering the cost of the inspection with the report we received, I would categorize his work as a very good value. I would highly recommend Bert to any prospective home buyers.
We've had such a hard time finding a home suitable for our family but one thing I knew I could count on was the inspection, DJ has been super efficient each time and giving us all the possible information he could I know that I will continue to use this company when buying a home and recommend them to anyone who needs an inspection thank you so much reliance for helping us on this journey
