First time using Reliance Inspections as I couldn't get a timely appt with the company I had used in the past.Reliance certainly met our expectations and then some. Our inspector was Bert. He was on time,v ery courteous, professional, and personable. He was more than happy to take us around, show us any issues, explain in detail about ways to go about maintaining and or fixing any issues he spotted. He was very thorough, and we came away from the inspection feeling as if we knew what we were up against when it came to most of the repairs. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified Inspection Company.
