Bert completed a home inspection for a prospective home for us in the Toledo Ohio area. He was extraordinarily thorough in his review. We received a 94 page report complete with categories and pictures. It was a well put together and easy to navigate report highlighting the critical items (via color coding) while separating the less urgent items.When considering the cost of the inspection with the report we received, I would categorize his work as a very good value. I would highly recommend Bert to any prospective home buyers.

Reliance was so fast in scheduling our inspection. DJ was our inspector for a new home purchase. We were at the home doing measurements at the time of inspection, and he updated us on his process as he went. During the final walk through, DJ did a great job explaining the inspection, pointing out areas of note, and any recommendations or remedies to fix them whether it could be DIY or more professional services.
